Dr. Shirley Roberts, D.Min., a local minister has not allowed her orders to limit her in her preparation to be the best minister and offer the best service she can to God and St. Matthew Church. She received her Masters and Doctor of Ministry in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Drew Seminary, Madison, NewJersey. As part of the ministerial staff at St. Matthew Church her responsibilities include ministering to the sick and shut in, counseling those preparing for marriage and baptism and those in bereavement. The ministry she provides is a tremendous asset to the St. Matthew congregation and staff. In addition she teaches the adult Church School staff and leads the Women's Study Group. |
