Men's Ministry is the active pursuit of men in order to connect them to God, His Word, and other men for the purpose of winning, growing, and training God's man in Christ. Here at
St. Matthew that is our primary goal. We know for sure that God will use the heart and life of anyone who chooses to make himself available to Him. The Bible says, "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit." This is the great commission spoken by Jesus Himself - the great commission which we strive to reinforce within each man.
Ministries for Men
Sons of Thunder
Come worship and rejoice in God's goodness with us, as we sing songs of Zion every second Sunday at St. Matthew's 7:30am and every fifth Sunday at St. Matthew's 11:00am worship services. Read more information on the Male Chorus.
Youth Detention Center
The men of St. Matthew make it a priority to meet the needs of today's youth. One critical way of doing that is in our regular visits to local youth detention centers in attempt to claim by our young people. If you are looking to see how you can be more involved, contact us below.
Men's Bible Study
A men's Bible study can provide much needed support for men who are looking for spiritual guidance, growth and accountability through Bible studies. Here, you will find a raw, under-engineered atmosphere where God's truth is hammered home dealing specifically with men's issues. Meets every Saturday at 9:30AM
